

Hello and welcome…
We all come into this world as vibrant and happy beings. We are loving, joyful, trusting, curious, open, playful and we express ourselves fully. The world is a beautiful place and we are truly happy to be alive.
Unfortunately, our childhood experiences soon change this. We start to form negative beliefs and perceptions about ourselves and the world and we lose touch with our natural peace and vibrancy. As adults this can manifest as issues such as poor self-esteem, people pleasing, anxiety, fear, depression, anger, powerlessness, phobias, addictions and health issues.
Wouldn’t it be amazing if you could get back in touch with your true and vibrant self again, and experience deep and lasting peace and happiness? I love to help people do exactly this, through therapy, courses and books…
ONE-TO-ONE THERAPY: I use EFT and Havening to help you get to the root of any current issues, to release traumas and to explore childhood programming. This will help you to challenge faulty beliefs and perceptions and move towards a new way of being. As a META-Health practitioner, I can also help you to understand how these faulty beliefs and perceptions can create symptoms and diseases, and what you can do about it. Or why not treat yourself to a Human Design reading for a fascinating insight into who you really are and what your purpose and gifts are.
COURSES AND TALKS: I offer a range of online trainings, courses and talks. They are all designed to help you move back towards peace, happiness and good health. The courses are very practical and you will also get a lot of benefit and support from working with like-minded people. Watch the Courses and talks page for upcoming events. I also offer an online two-hour EFT training as this is such an invaluable self-help tool.
BOOKS: As a mum, I wanted to help young people to understand why they were suffering from stuff like anxiety, depression and other mental health issues, and how they could be happy again. So I wrote a book, HELLO HAPPY! A Teenager’s Guide to Creating Positive Mental Health. I loved writing it so much that I’m currently writing one for adults too, so keep an eye on the Books page.
